Open star cluster M23 in the constellation Sagittarius. The arrangement of the cluster's stars and the nearby surrounding stars resembles a long-necked bird in flight, with a bright blue star at its head.

The object's altitude during imaging was about 20 degrees. Shot from a high-rise balcony in a red zone of light pollution.
