I find DSS convenient. The calibration lists are set up and saved. I'm too lazy to reconfigure everything for now. I'm happy with DSS; it doesn't mess anything up =) It works fine.
If you capture well, you get good output. If you capture poorly, you get poor output )
I have all sorts of software installed that calibrates and stacks (like PixInsight, for example), but I use DSS out of laziness and habit.
