Another "approach" to the Dumbbell, also known as planetary nebula M27 in the constellation Vulpecula, a crop of the center.
This photo is the result of six sessions in September 2020. Taken from a balcony in Kharkiv, a red zone of light pollution.

Stacking more than 150-200 frames doesn't make much sense, as the quality of the final image will be roughly the same. Try it and compare the results.

I've tried it multiple times. Of course, there's no dramatic improvement. But the signal-to-noise ratio does increase, noise decreases by ten to twenty percent, and previously unnoticeable details even start to show. So, gather as much signal as you can, both through longer exposures and more frames.
