No, it's a single frame; this is full-frame, so the field of view is very wide.

Wow! What an effect from the full frame! On a 1.6x crop, only America fits, and even that is a bit tight...

Yes, the effect of the FF is impressive after cropping. Though here, there's also a bit of crop from the full frame, I cropped about 8-10 percent roughly.
