I'd have something to brag about)
I mounted a Pixel 3XL phone on an ordinary Xiaomi monopod and installed a modified camera app from the Pixel 4. In the settings, I set it to 45 frames with a 12.5-second exposure (the maximum values for "astrophoto" mode). The app stacks the frames sequentially by itself and by default saves a copy in DNG.
I threw the photo into Lightroom and tried to squeeze out the maximum; here are the settings: http://prntscr.com/sthm7t http://prntscr.com/sthmpk
The photo shows a Starlink satellite trail (if you trust the "Stellarium" app).
Recently, a set of lenses arrived (110° wide, 170° ultrawide, x2 telephoto), but I was tempted by the inclusion of a CPL filter. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet—either the weather isn't right or I can't get out of the city. I'm not even sure if it will give me any improvement).
P.S. I've added the parameters: I shot near Kyiv in Tarasivka (Bortle 5, but according to the VIIRS2019 map, my spot is in a green area http://prntscr.com/sthzmp), aiming straight up.

Thank you, very interesting! So phones can stack frames themselves, and then you just need to do some cosmetic touch-ups.... And, what lenses are you referring to?

On AliExpress, "Apexel" offers a set of 5 lenses, and optionally, you can add a CPL filter. However, it only fits 3 out of the 5 lenses, as the lens protrudes on the other two.

It's like an additional lens for your phone, got it! Give it a try, it's interesting to see what you can get, though you shouldn't expect outstanding results. Still, it's interesting! Good luck to you!

Closer to August, the Milky Way will be visible, which is exactly why I bought it. But now I'm worried that even less light will reach the already small sensor because of the filter.
Well, we'll see.
