The photo was taken at the gathering of Nizhny Novgorod astronomy enthusiasts (SLAANO), held at the Peremilovy Gory park-hotel. This time, I decided to bring a tracker and a tent. I set up the tent next to one of the main attractions—the Sklyarov Pyramid. Like the original, this local pyramid is made of limestone and has an inner underground chamber, accessible through a labyrinth. The pyramid is named after Andrey Yuryevich Sklyarov, a well-known Russian scientist, researcher, traveler, and founder of the Laboratory of Alternative History.
While the camera on the tracker was capturing the Soul and Heart nebulae, I decided to photograph the shooting process and the Milky Way above the pyramid.
