First experience creating animation in Siril, stacked 74 frames. Set the speed to 6 frames per second. Seems like I made a mistake at some stage, as there's still green noise left.

Mesmerizing.

In the preview, you can see squares due to the Bayer filter. In the original, it looks fine.

For me, it's the opposite. But that's due to the specific device you're viewing it on.

That seems to be the case, apparently!

Indeed. I was working on and uploading it on the computer and didn't notice anything like that. After your comment, I looked at it on my smartphone, and the preview there is so flickery it makes your eyes hurt. It's either a device-specific issue or the algorithms converting mp4 to gif (you can't make a gif in Siril).

The video won't load at all. The preview in the squares loads a little and then freezes.
Probably better to save the sequence from Siril as TIFF and make the video in After Effects.

You can't upload videos here anyway; you'll have to convert it into a GIF animation. Does Ae have a save mode for GIF?

Yes, but you need to select Animated GIF.
