LDN 1530 & IC 417

This was my second outing with the new camera under the night sky, specifically on New Year's Eve. I decided to see out 2022 and welcome 2023 this way. Everything went wrong—the schedule was just terrible, and I never fully understood the reason. I took 33 frames but only selected 12; the rest were unusable. Nevertheless, this was a new target for me. However, during processing, I encountered star clipping due to halos for the first time and am looking for solutions...
