NGC 3293 is an open cluster in the constellation Carina. The cluster was discovered by Nicolas-Louis de Lacaille in 1751.

The cluster consists of more than 100 stars brighter than 14th apparent magnitude and covers an area of about 10 arcminutes in the sky. The brightest stars are blue supergiants with apparent magnitudes of 6.5 and 6.7. The cluster also includes a pulsating red supergiant of magnitude 7, V361 Carinae.
