The photo is a bomb, but it's just so noisy, it's crazy..

Here's the thing, without this noise, there wouldn't be a "bomb" of an image. I tried noise reduction—it just turns out poorly. This is it for now; maybe I'll revisit the processing with a new approach sometime. Thanks for the comment.
