Did DSS process the raw files from Fuji well, or did you convert them to something else before DSS?

By "processed normally," what specifically do you mean?

I have an X-T4, and neither DSS nor IRIS can read Fujifilm RAW files. Even after converting them to DNG in Lightroom.

Got it :) No, I don't convert anything—I load the raw files directly into DSS. No software has ever complained about the format.
